DISCOUNTS

Our sale runs until Tuesday 2 December 2025. During this period, no other discounts, promotions, vouchers, or recycling incentives may be applied in conjunction with the sale. Customers will continue to accumulate Flybuys/rewards points on purchases made during the sale; however, these points cannot be redeemed until the end of the sale period on 2 December 2025. All standard terms and conditions for products, shipping, and returns still apply.

MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT

Minimum order of $49 after discounts are applied.

CANCELLATION

  • Due to our fast dispatch, cancellations may not be possible. All cancellations must be communicated to RAWKANVAS via info@rawkanvas.com but are not guaranteed. 
  • If your order has been packed, dispatched, or a tracking number allocated, unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order. All cancellations must be communicated to RAWKANVAS via info@rawkanvas.com immediately after placing the order. Once an item has been packed, dispatched, or allocated a tracking number, we cannot cancel an order.

  • Cancellation Restock fee will apply: 15% restock fee will be deducted from your refund for cancellations.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD SHIPPING

Regular same-day despatch may not be available due to expected influx in order numbers. Please be aware that dispatch can take up to 10 business days during these times. Selecting Express Post at checkout means your parcel will be dispatched with Australia Post's Express Post service and will speed up your parcel's transit time, but will not affect warehouse handling and despatch times.

3 ORDERS REFUNDED

Place an order on rawkanvas.co.nz or rawkanvas.com between 12:01am and 11:59pm AEDT or AEDT Tuesday 25 November 2025 and automatically go in the draw to be 1 of 3 orders drawn as winners of their order refunded in full including any shipping costs. Orders placed before or after this time will not be eligible. As per our site policy, order cancellations will not be accepted. The 5 winners will be selected on Monday 1 December 2025 by an automated selection tool, notified via email and posted on this page. Valid only for 18 years and over, one prize win per customer. 

BLACK FRIDAY SALE

Sale starts 9:00AM AEDT Thursday 20 November 2025 for a limited time only. Prices are as marked, while stocks last. Excludes gift cards and parcel protection. Not available with any other offer, rewards points, recycling points, codes, promotions, or discounts unless otherwise stated. Orders placed prior to sale cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged. Dispatches may be delayed due to order volume. Offer may be extended without notice. 

FREE GIFTS WITH PURCHASE

Limited time and stock only. Orders over $145AUD will receive a free gift and orders over $199AUD will also receive another gift. Minimum spend thresholds are for physical, shippable items only (excludes gift cards, shipping and parcel protection services) and calculated after additional discounts. Not valid with any additional offer unless otherwise stated, and offer criteria must be individually met for gift to be applicable (eg. any discounts reducing order under threshold will remove gift from order). Items will be automatically added to cart when the order total exceeds $145AUD and $199AUD respectively, after discounts and before shipping. Free gift items may still appear in checkout while system uploads, however only confirmed items on your order confirmation email will be despatched. No rainchecks, not redeemable for cash, or other items. Regular sale terms apply.  Strictly one gift of each kind per person during promotional period. We reserve the right to bundle multiple orders together going to same address, and the right to remove duplicate gift items if multiple have been allocated to one customer or offer may be unfairly abused.
