So you can get to know me a little better, I thought I'd share with you the story behind RAWKANVAS and how it all began.

HOW IT STARTED


Hi, I’m Simona

RAWKANVAS started with a row of clear bottles and a big idea.

I was obsessed with skincare, but everything I found felt either clinical and serious, or full of synthetic fragrance and colour.

I wanted something different: natural skincare that actually worked, felt like a little spa moment every day, and made you smile when you saw it on your bathroom shelf.

So I partnered with a team of chemists, and after months of research, formulating and testing, RAWKANVAS was born: bold, bright, colourful skincare, coloured by plants and minerals and scented only by nature.

THE EARLY DAYS


In the beginning, I packed every single order by hand at home, first on the dining table, then in the garage.

Weekends were spent at markets and expos, talking to customers about their skin, one conversation at a time.

Those conversations shaped everything.

Women didn’t want a 12-step routine. They wanted something simple that worked, and that made looking after themselves feel good instead of like another chore.

THE REAL PART


Then life got bigger.

When my son was born, I was checking orders from my hospital bed. Newborn on my chest, laptop on my lap. We grew, bought our own space, and built the rainbow wall you see today.

But one day I looked up and my baby was five, about to start school. I’d been so busy building something that I’d almost missed him growing up.

So I stepped back, to be his mum. And that time reminded me what RAWKANVAS was always about: you don’t need more time or more steps. You need a few minutes each day that are just for you.
