Use every second evening, or a few times a week
After cleansing and toning, apply a pea-sized amount (1-2 pumps) of Canvas to moist skin and massage upwards into your skin until absorbed. For a more intensive treatment, use on its own without moisturiser, or follow with moisturiser for a more gentle treatment.
